Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to providing quality cleaning tools for your home. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for items in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, parts, and tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once their packaging has been opened or the product has been used:

Any product that has been used, opened, or assembled. This is strictly enforced for all items, especially mops, cleaning gloves, and buckets that have come into contact with water, cleaning chemicals, or surfaces.

Products marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Open Box."

Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or exposure to incompatible chemicals.
3. Return Process

To Initiate: Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Packaging & Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts (e.g., mop handles, mop heads, bucket wringers). Products must be clean, dry, and free of any debris or residue.

Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. We are not liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different model or color are handled as a return and a new purchase. Please return the original item following the process above, then place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos of the damage, defects, or missing components, as well as the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement, part shipment, or refund as appropriate.
